RV Parking & Site Rentals In Polk County, FL
Our gated RV Park has tree covered patios equipped with water, sewer, and electric and two fully furnished rentals:
- Aquarium House (sleeps 6)
- Lakefront trailer (sleeps 2)
Two vehicles per RV site. Extra vehicle parking is available. Do not park vehicles in empty sites or open areas. A minimal monthly fee for vehicle/equipment storage is available year round for haul trailers, etc. Every space has a unique view that overlooks Lake Rosalie!

Reservations

- Office hours: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Saturday & Sunday 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon
- Open year round
- Check-in and out is 11:00 a.m.

- Minimum Check-in is age 18
- Guests 17 years old and under are considered children with visitation only and must be supervised at all times
- Rates based on 2 people, 2 pets per site
- Friendly pets are welcome- Proof of current rabies shot required
- A charge of $3 per person per night will apply for over two guests
- Furnished sites $150 cleaning fee
- Unless prior arrangements have been made with the office, check outs after 11:00 AM will be charged an additional $24 +tax per hour until 1:00 PM

Cancellation and Refund
- Call office for cancellation or changes.
- Office hours: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Saturday & Sunday 11:00 a.m. - Noon
- RV PAD RENTAL reservations of 7 days or less, deposit is non-refundable upon cancellation. Deposit may be rolled over to another reservation with a possible rate adjustment.
- RV PAD RENTAL reservations for 7 days or more require a fourteen-day cancellation prior to arrival date with a refundable deposit minus $150 administrative fee.
- FULLY FURNISHED RENTAL reservations require a fourteen-day cancellation prior to arrival date with a refundable deposit minus $150 administrative fee. Cancellations within fourteen days of arrival are not eligible to receive a refund.
- Monthly reservations are a half month's rental fee with a fourteen-day cancellation for deposit refund.
- Rates based on two people and two pets per RV site, no pets for furnished rentals.
- A charge of $3 per person per night will apply for over two guests.
- Unless prior arrangements have been made with the office, check outs after 11:00 AM will be charged an additional $24 +tax per hour until 1:00 PM.
- NO refunds for early departures.
- By signing the confirmation/check-in Agreement, you consent for Butch’s Hideaway RV Park to charge your credit card for a deposit, guarantee of payment of all expenses incurred to clean and/or repair premises, as well as charge accordingly pet and/or additional guest fee and/or apply funds from deposit against what is owed.
- For long-term rentals, the deposit will be applied to the last month's rent according to lease agreement. If lease is terminated prior to agreed end date, deposit is forfeit.
