Our standard monthly rate is $1,175. We offer a 10% discount for long-term guests, military personnel, first responders, and teachers, reducing the monthly rate to $1,057. A $600 escrow deposit is required to secure your site and, if applicable, an additional $50 monthly mooring fee.
